Bulacan (Running Wedding Planner)goes to PhilHealth 2013 Run(Run for a Cause)

nice girls finish first mah 1st 10k: also my 1st painless run so far:thanks to a calcium regimen-The RunningWedding Planner.
this run is for the dumagats & other indigenous people living in the outskirts of Central Luzon(beneficiaries of this fun run).no mother & infant should die due to poor/lacking birthing facilities!

thank God i conquered malolos flyover! ansabe ng skyway haha?? meron din kami nyan sa bulacan — with Roy Sanfuego at Malolos Crossing.

it’s so much fun to run with friends–old and new, running then becomes more than a solitary activity.i meet new faces, been to new places. my dream to run the macarthur tabang stretch>thanks to Philhealth malolos

Victory meal with Joanne Manangat. bukas tamana ang laferz,(she won the whopping 12k prize for 1st place female runners 18k philhealth funrun.) training naman huhuhu — at McDonald’s BSU

ang sekreto ni joanne>she has a very supportive family>her father nasa likod rin nya me dalang tubig lagi.naunahan pa ibang 18k at 10k runners,waterboy lang nya: si nanay tagalista sa mga races.and she never fails back to give back to her runner-friends.will always cheer for you Joanne!! so proud to have you as a friend-trainor
